I've always been the person who wants to understand why something is complicated before figuring out how to make it simple. That instinct ran through my entire career at Amazon, where I spent years on a Consumer Talent Strategy, Management & Development team — untangling complex problems on a global scale and helping people build toward their goals inside a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment where timing and clear communication weren't optional.

Real estate turned out to be the same puzzle, just more personal. Now, alongside my wife and business partner, Nicole, I help families across Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice make sense of one of the biggest decisions they'll make — breaking down contracts, timelines, and strategy into something that actually makes sense, without the jargon.

I know the Gulf Coast from the buyer's seat, too. My own path brought me from Erie, Pennsylvania, through Phoenix, Arizona, before Sarasota became home in 2020 — so when a client is relocating, I'm not guessing at what that feels like. I've packed the boxes.

​Born and raised in Pennsylvania, my journey has taken me from the deserts of Arizona to the beautiful shores of Sarasota, where I’ve proudly called home since 2020. After ten successful years in the dental industry, I channeled my lifelong dedication to patient care and client relations into the world of real estate, earning my Florida license in 2024.

​As one half of the Salt & Palm Team alongside my husband, Ryan, I don’t just sell homes—I share the coastal lifestyle we love. I am an explorer at heart, whether that means traveling to a brand-new destination or catching the horizon out on the water. When I’m not on the water, you can usually find me enjoying the beach, shopping, or bringing a little rhythm to life through singing and dancing.
